Themeda Health is a product of Bedset Pty Ltd (ABN 84 679 620 583), based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia ("we", "us", "our"). We are responsible for the personal information collected through this website (themedahealth.com).

Information you give us

When you register your interest through our sign-up form, we collect:

• Your email address
• Which audience the page you used was for (for example, exercise for yourself, or support for a parent), so we can send you relevant updates

Information we collect automatically

When you visit the site, we and our service providers automatically collect some technical and usage information, including:

• Your device and browser type, and general location (derived from your IP address)
• The pages you view and how you interact with them
• The website or advert that referred you, and any campaign or source tags in the link you followed (for example, UTM tags or a "source" tag)
• Information collected through cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel (see section 3)

3. Cookies and the Meta Pixel

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, understand how it is used, and measure the performance of our advertising.

In particular, we use the Meta Pixel, a tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram). The Meta Pixel helps us understand the actions people take on our site after seeing or clicking one of our ads, for example registering interest. To do this, it shares certain information with Meta, such as your device and browser data, the pages you view, and the actions you take. Meta may use this information to measure and improve the delivery of our ads and, in line with their own terms, for their own purposes. We also use Microsoft Clarity, an analytics tool provided by Microsoft. Clarity helps us understand how people use the site by recording how pages are viewed and interacted with, including mouse movement, scrolling and clicks. This helps us see where the site can be improved. It is collected through cookies and similar technologies and may be stored by Microsoft. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings, and you can manage how ads are personalised to you in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.

4. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Tell you when Themeda Health launches and send you updates you have asked for
• Manage early-access offers, such as the free trial for the first people to register
• Measure and improve our website and our advertising
• Respond to your questions or requests
• Keep our services secure and meet our legal obligations

• Netlify, which hosts our website and processes our sign-up form submissions
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram), through the Meta Pixel and our advertising, as described in section 3
• Microsoft, through Microsoft Clarity, which provides our site analytics (see section 3)
• Email and analytics providers we may use to send you updates and understand site usage
• Professional advisers, or authorities, where we are required to by law or to protect our legal rights

These providers may handle your information only on our instructions and to provide their service to us.

6. Where your information is stored

Some of our service providers, including Netlify and Meta, are based in or store data in countries outside Australia, such as the United States. Where your information is transferred overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled in line with this policy and applicable privacy laws.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your sign-up information for as long as needed to tell you about and provide Themeda Health, and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. If you ask us to delete your information, or unsubscribe and no longer wish to hear from us, we will remove it unless we are required to keep it.

8. Your choices and rights

You can:

• Unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us
• Ask to see the personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or delete your information
• Object to, or withdraw consent for, marketing and certain processing

These rights apply under the Australian Privacy Principles, and, for visitors in the United Kingdom and European Union, under the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation. 9. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

10. Children's privacy

This website is intended for adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Our site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
